HP INKJET "CARTRIDGE PROBLEM" ERRORS
Problem:
Some customers that had no issues yesterday may have woken up with "Cartridge Problem" errors today. This affected printers that use the 934 / 950 / 970 cartridges.
Solution:
Updating the printer firmware will restore full cartridge functionality to affected printers. The full listing of affected printers along with the downloadable firmware and instructions for the update are available directly from HP here:
